If needed we can offer home delivery to a selection of London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Greater London post codes around Reigate. If you send us an email or book a box we can provide you with a quote.If we are unable to deliver to you, collection is available from our HQ in Reigate.

How hard is it to pack the bike box?

We only rent out easyfit bikeboxes which as the name suggests, are very simple to fit! Simply take off your wheels and pedals and in 9/10 situations you're done! Fits everything from road bike to time tiral bikes. Watch this video to find out more

Question 3

What happens if the bike box is damaged or lost?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we cannot offer any insurance. The customer is solely responsible for the bike box once it is in their possession. If lost or stolen the customer will be required to pay the RRP of the bike box.However, general wear and tear is expected. If your damage comes under this is at the descretion of the employee you hand the box back to.

Will my bike fit?

Accepted Answer

We use only the easyfit bikebox allen. This makes fitting all kinds of bikes super easy and keeps taking things apart to a minimum for you. With most road/tri bikes they will fit with just needing the pedals and wheels taken off. For larger frames, bars or seatposts may need adjusting.
